Malek Boualem is a software engineer and finished a PhD in computer science in 1993 at Nice university, France. He is specialized in multilingual software and is one of the authors of MtScript – a multilingual text editor – which won the 1996′ CNRS/ANVIE prize. Malek Boualem worked with the CNRS (French National Research Center) for the EC Telematics Applications Programme and now he is working with the CRL in designing multilingual tools.
